Department Email Addresses
A number of reports can be distributed by using email (currently this requires Microsoft Outlook). To set up the distribution email addresses select:
Settings > Department Settings > Department Email Addresses
To add a new entry, select the department from the drop-down list in the left-hand side of the form; once the department has been selected type in the email address in the right-hand part of the form. (Tip: copy the ‘@academy’ part of the email address to the clipboard and then use it to paste on subsequent rows.)
A department can have more than one recipient (see department 30 in the above screenshot) and the same recipient can be assigned to more than one department.
