Budget Forecast Line Numbers

The ESFA Budget Forecast Return Outturn (BFRO) and Budget Forecast Return (BFR) requires that income and expenditure is analysed in a defined way, and furthermore, assign 'Line Numbers' to the various analysis rows.

The ESFA has a habit of adding new rows and deleting previous row numbers from year to year. To allow for these annual changes a form to maintain the row, or line, numbers is provided in the Dayta Academy System.

To add or delete Budget Forecast Line Numbers, select:

Budgets and Forecasts > ESFA Report Configuration > ESFA Budget Forecast Lines

To add a new row, scroll to the bottom of the list and a blank row is shown with an asterisk in the left margin. Enter the new 'Line No' and Description'. The new line number will appear in the correct sequence next time the form is opened.

To delete a 'Line No', click in the left margin to highlight the row and click the <delete> key on your keyboard.
