SoFA Analysis

This option is only available if the system is configured to 'Use Funds in place of Sage'.

A report is produced that analyses the constituents of the SoFA, both by row, i.e. which nominal accounts are included in 'Academy Trust Educational Operations' (for example), and which of the three fund types (Unrestricted, Restricted and Fixed Assets). The report provides clarity on exactly how the SoFA and SoFA Notes are constructed.

To run this report, select:

Statutory Reports > Statement of Financial Activities > SoFA Analysis

Select the month-end required.  An example of the report is shown below.
